Andrea is a Raleigh native and graduate of Broughton High School. After earning a degree in Political Science and Spanish from Furman University where she also played soccer, our attorney received her law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She graduated with a Juris Doctor with honors in 2009.

Andrea returned to Raleigh in 2010 and opened her own law practice to serve the community where she grew up. In 2019, Andrea joined her father's firm, Burns, Day & Presnell, PA. Andrea lives in Raleigh and enjoys cooking, reading, and watching and playing sports.
